91-year-old Albion resident, James F. Simms died at 11 p.m. Friday, January 27 in Evansville, Ind. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was a farmer. He was a member of the Little Prairie Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jacquelin Simms of Albion; a son, Mike Simms of Albion; a daughter, Carol and husband Mark Chris of Terre Haute, Indiana; a sister-in-law, Jean Simms of Albuquerque, NM; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services for James F. Simms will be 2 p.m. Sunday, January 29 at Graceland Cemetery in Albion.
There will be no visitation. Those attending the service should go directly to the cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the National MS Society and will be accepted at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion, which is in charge of all the arrangements.
