Alan Ray Moore, 87, of Grayville died on Wednesday February 1, 2017 at his home. Alan was retired from the oilfield, working for ITT Corporation. He also was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Suellyn (Ron C.) Cowles of Grayville; three sons: Stanley R. Moore of Golden Gate, Illinois, Kevin R. Moore of Grayville, and David “Pete” Moore of Carmi, Illinois; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Graveside services for inurnment of cremains will be held Saturday, February 11, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Bethel Cemetery near Ellery. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery. There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be made to the Bethel United Methodist Church, and will be accepted at the Ingram Funeral Home in Albion, which is in charge of all the arrangements.
