Rita D. Forest, 93, of Grayville, Illinois, died Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi, Illinois. Rita was a homemaker and member of the St. Francis Catholic Church in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
Survivors include daughter Jeanne Randall of Grayville; sons David of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Dennis of Ocean Park, Washington, Larry of Peterborough, New Hampshire; brother Robert Rouisse of the State of Florida; sister Lorraine Stevenson of Fitchburg; eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
In keeping with Rita’s wishes, her remains were cremated and there are no services. Her cremated remains will be returned to Massachusetts at a later date.
Cook Funeral Chapel in Grayville is in charge of all arrangements.
