92-year-old Albion resident, Robert W. Howe died at 3:02 p.m. Wednesday at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi. A U.S. Navy Veteran, he was a livestock broker. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church, Masonic Lodge Oriental Band, Hadi Shrine, Moose and VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Audrey Thomas Howe of Carmi; a son, Stanley (Andrea) Howe of Princeton, Indiana; two daughters, Barbara (Harvey) McCants of Kingston, TN and Martha (Leroy) Speir of Albion; a sister, Marilyn Adams of Phoenix, AZ; ten grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Robert W. Howe will be 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion with burial in Archer Cemetery at Princeton, IN.
Visitation will be 5 – 7 Sunday evening, Jan. 25 at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion.
Memorial may be made to the Shiners Children’s Hospital and will be accepted at Nale’s Funeral Home in Albion.
