65-year-old Mt. Erie resident, Allen Wayne Dickey died on Saturday, March 19 at his home. He was a retired supervisor at Champion Laboratories, working 37 years.
Survivors include his wife Peggy of Mt. Erie; his mother, Velma Dickey of Locust Grove, OK; two sons, Chad (Kristi) Dickey of Flora; Mark (Michelle) Dickey of Mt. Erie; a daughter, Stacey (Lonnie) Simpson of Fairfield; six grandchildren, Devan and Jacob Simpson, Colby Hopfinger, Blaine, Abigail and Dalton Dickey; three brothers, Elbert (Peggy) Dickey of Lincoln, NE, Steven (Janice) Dickey of Cisne and Norman (Rita) Dickey of Rockton, IL; a sister, Virginia (Mike) Bayless of Locust Grove, OK.
Graveside services for Allen Wayne Dickey will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 22 at McKendree Cemetery at Mt. Erie.
Visitation will be 12 noon until the time of service Tuesday, March 22 at the Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne.
Memorials may be made to the Mt. Erie Ruritan Club.
