James Stephen McSparin, 74, of Fairfield, died at 2:22pm on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Survivors include one brother Thomas McSparin of Cisne, Illinois and one half-brother David (Susan) Forrest of Wingo, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Helen (Cook) McSparin and three brothers.
The body of James McSparin is being cremated per his request with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery Veterans Section. The Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
