97-year-old McLeansboro resident, Virginia Rose Cotter died at 5:44 a.m. Sunday, June 3 at Hamilton Memorial Hospital in McLeansboro. A member of the Cornerstone Church of Christ, she had been a bookkeeper.
Survivors include a daughter, Donna Jean Launius and husband Jerry of McLeansboro; Grand daughter LaDonna Lasater and husband Barry of McLeansboro; two great-grandsons, Slade and Daxton Lasater of McLeansboro and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Virginia Rose Cotter will be 11 a.m. Saturday, June 9 at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro with burial at Douglass Cemetery at Broughton.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. Saturday, June 9 until the time of service at the Harre Funeral Home in McLeansboro.
