83 year old Fairfield resident, Dorothy June Rush passed away at 10:20 p.m. Monday, September 24, 2018 at Aperion Care in Fairfield, Il.
She was the daughter of Archie and Bessie (Smith) Rush. Dorothy June was born June 21, 1935 in Fairfield, Illinois. She had worked as a custodian for Ellen Moore United Methodist Church for 12 years, worked at the Fairfield Public Library as a library clerk and had been a house keeper for several years. She was a member of the Ellen Moore United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her sister Linda Rush of Fairfield, Illinois and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Addie Louise Rush.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 28, 2018 at Nale’s Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, 9:00 a.m. to service time. Burial will follow at the Koontz Cemetery South of Fairfield.
Memorials can be made to the Ellen Moore United Methodist Church and will be accepted at Nale’s Funeral Home which is charge of all the arrangements.
