Jessie O. Wright, 74, of Fairfield passed away at 7:15AM on Friday September 25th, 2020 at St Vincent Hospital in Evansville IN. He was retired from Airtex. Jessie was born in Albany KY on February 22, 1946 to Charles and Bertha (Emory) Wright. He married Judy Wright on April 11th, 1975.
Jessie is survived by his wife-Judy Wright of Fairfield; Sons- Chris (Sara) Wright of Fairfield, and Jessie Scott Wright of Missouri; daughter- Krystal Stephenson of northern Illinois; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sister- Nancy Kempton of Burnt Prairie.
Jessie was preceded in death by his parents, son- Anthony Wright, sister- Mary Graham, and brother- Marvin Wright.
A graveside service will be held at 11AM on Tuesday September 29th at Shrewsbury Cemetery in Mill Shoals. There will be no visitation, family and friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery. The family asks that everyone attending the graveside wear a mask and follow State of Illinois and CDC guidelines of social distancing per Covid-19 guidelines.
