DONNA LOUISE SCOTT, age 66, of Fairfield, Illinois passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.
Donna was born on March 18, 1954 to Richard and Ethel (Smerdon) Powell at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, Illinois. She married Michael (Bo) Scott on May 5, 1983 in Robinson, Illinois. He preceded her in death on November 15, 2011. Donna was a member of the Brown Church. She was also a member of the American Legion and VFW Women’s Auxiliary.
Donna had worked in the Housekeeping department at a local nursing home in Jasper, Indiana for many years. She enjoyed watching Nascar racing, flowers of all types, fishing and one of the things she enjoyed most of all was babysitting kids. She was also a very caring person and always enjoyed visiting with others.
Donna was preceded in death by a infant daughter Lynn Michell, her father Richard Powell and one sister Lucinda Meyer.
Donna is survived by her mother Ethel Powell and one sister Marsha Stennett both of Geff, Illinois.
Private family services will held at a later date.
