91-year-old John P. Robinson of Fairfield, died at 9:24AM on Monday, May 24 at Aperion Health care in Fairfield. He was a farmer and a Korean War Veteran in the Army. John was born in Hamilton County Indiana on October 13, 1929 to George Lewis and Edith Edna (Ewing) Robinson.
John is survived by his wife Elizabeth (Schach) Robinson of Fairfield; son- Robert (Teresa) Robinson of Fairfield; daughter- Susan Renee (Mark) Smith of Olney; 7 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren also survive.
John was preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters and 1 brother.
A private graveside service was held at Maple Hill Cemetery on Wednesday, May 26with full military rites provided by Anthony Wayne Post #176 American Legion and the Wayne County Post #4535 VFW.
Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
