David R. Weatherwax, 67, formerly of Fairfield, died at 3:25am on Monday, February 7, 2022, at Carmi Manor Nursing Home in Carmi, IL. He had worked as a graphic designer for Pyramid Signs and Graphics in Lafayette, IN.
David was born on May 6, 1954, in Lexington, KY, to Robert and Loretta (Richmond) Weatherwax. He married Elizabeth (McCary) Weatherwax, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include one stepdaughter Tina (Mark) Turner of Fairfield, one grandchild, two great grandchildren, two brothers Michael (Cilla) Weatherwax of Camden, ME, and Doug (Linda) Weatherwax of Denver, CO, along with nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Elizabeth.
