Justin Allan Ivan Pepperworth, 58, of Carmi, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2022. He was born on December 5, 1963, the son of James Louis and Carolyn (Murphy) Pepperworth. He was a member of the Bellingham, WA Church of Christ and the Grayville Moose Lodge. He enjoyed restoring vehicles, fishing and panning for gold.
Justin is survived by his parents, James Pepperworth of Brookings, SD. and Carolyn Ackerman of Carmi, IL; a son, Ron (Sarah) Pepperworth of Carmi, IL; grandchildren, Lucas, Molly, and Riley Pepperworth; siblings, Risë (Dave) Ford of Grand Forks, BC, Jared Pepperworth and Jordan Pepperworth of Brookings, SD; nephews, Jesse and Scott Blades; aunts, Diana (Lynn) Vick of Broookings, SD, and Helen (Cliff) Bell of Carmi, IL. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ivan and Edith Murphy, paternal grandparents, Earl Pepperworth and Dora Cox. an infant brother, James Pepperworth and his step-father, Lionel Ackerman.
Funeral Services for Justin Pepperworth will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday March, 5, 2022, at Stendeback Funeral Home in Carmi. Family and friends may visit from 10:00 a.m until time of service at Stendeback Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
