Donna J. Ulm – Fairfield

Donna J. Ulm, 96 of Fairfield passed away at 6:07 PM, Saturday, September 3, 2022, at Fairfield Memorial Hospital.  Born on March 25, 1926, in Clay City, IL to Charles and Maud (Lindsey) Warren, she had been a homemaker and member of the Fairfield Church of Christ for 56 years.

Donna is survived by her husband Ralph Ulm of Fairfield, son Curtis (Teresa) Ulm of Geff, son in law Skip Slatton of Cleveland, TN, 4 grandchildren- Lindsey Petlak, Sarah (Brett) Byram, Drew (Yinan) Slatton, and Emily (Jeremy) Smith, and 4 great grandchildren- Andrew, Curtis, and Max Byram, and Grayson Petlak.  She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Kimberlee Slatton, and brother Neal Warren.

Funeral services for Donna Ulm will be held at 12 PM, Friday, September 9^th at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Maple Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of service.  Memorials in her honor may be made to the Wayne County Humane Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
