Toni (Hutcheson) Simpson, 63 of Fairfield passed away on Friday, September 16, 2022, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Born on August 27, 1959, in Eustis, FL. to Edward Hutcheson Jr. and Edna Louise Rich. Raised in Fairfield, IL by her father Edward Hutcheson Jr and stepmother Helen Bernita (Thacker) Hutcheson, she had various jobs throughout her life but the one she took most pride in was being a Gaga to her two grandsons.
Toni is survived by her daughter Brandi (Jim) Gregory-Moran of Mechanicsville, MD, grandsons Sterling Bradley Moran and Preston D. Moran, brother Charles Hutcheson of Flora, IL, sisters Earlene Talbert of Fairfield and Kristie Suddreth of Lenoir, NC, and several beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services for Toni Hutcheson will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, September 21st at Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield, with visitation from 1 PM until the time of service. She will be cremated following the service and her ashes interred in Richland cemetery at a later date.
