The Beall Woods State Park and Nature Preserve in Wabash County. will be holding a Woodpecker 101 event this Saturday. The event will begin at 10 am During the event, you will learn how many species of woodpeckers are at the park, learn how they feed, and learn how to identify the species common to our area. Officials also say that you should not forget your binoculars, A guided hike will take place after the presentation (weather permitting).
