A new report from the Illinois State Police says “road rage” is rising in Illinois. The ISP is reporting that already in 2023, road rage has been reported in at least nine Chicago area expressway shootings. This is in addition to other types of road rage-associated violence such as crashes and physical fights. To help raise awareness highway signs across the state remind drivers to stay calm while driving.
