The FCHS Board of Education met in a special session Wednesday evening with a one-item agenda.
After an Executive Session, the board unanimously voted to accept the resignation of District Superintendent Jill Fulkerson effective June 30. Fulkerson has accepted a position with the Ohio and Wabash Valley Regional Vocational System, which serves 8 counties in Southern Illinois. Board member JC McDuffee was absent from the meeting.
