Low Voter Turnout was one of the storylines from Election Day on Tuesday. White County reported slightly about a 21 percent turnout with Edwards County at 18.6 percent. Hamilton County and Franklin County also reported turnout at 18%. Clay County election turnout was at 17%. Wayne County’s turnout was 14 percent. Marion County reported 10% for turnout.
