In Mount Carmel, Mayor Joe Judge announced recently that park employees will no longer stock paper towels in the restrooms at the city park. This is due to issues of paper towels being misused, leading to clogged toilets. Judge says that hand dryers will be installed soon at the park’s restroom facilities.
