The Wayne County Treasurer’s Office has announced that 2023 Mobile Home Property Tax Bills will be mailed out starting today. The due date for those bills will be on July 3rd. Payments made after the July 3rd due date will be subject to a $25 per month late fee, up to the maximum late fee of $100. If you own a mobile home and do not receive your tax bill, you are asked to contact the Wayne County Treasurer’s Office at 618-842-5087. Yvette Anderson, Wayne County Treasurer says that you can pay your property tax bill by mail, in person at the Wayne County Courthouse, or by dropping your payment in the dropbox on the west side of the courthouse. The office hours for the treasurer’s office are Monday thru Friday 8 AM until 4:30 PM.
