Wayne County Sheriff’s Officials executed a search warrant at a rural Fairfield residence late Wednesday Evening.
At 10 PM, Sheriff’s officials executed the warrant at the residence of 46-year-old Roy D. Finley. Sheriff’s personnel secured the scene and searched the residence. Deputies during the search located suspected methamphetamine. Prior to the search warrant being executed, an arrest warrant was issued for Finley on a charge of delivery of meth.
Finley faces preliminary charges of 2 counts of delivery of meth, criminal fortification of residence, and possession of less than 5 grams of meth. He was booked into the Wayne County Jail.
