Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is visiting Peoria today. DeSantis will be speaking at the Peoria-Tazewell County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day Dinner at the Civic Center. The Florida governor traveled to Illinois in February and to deliver a speech in Elmhurst in support of police. He has long been rumored to be a Republican candidate for the 2024 presidential election.
