The Fairfield Community High School Board met last night for their monthly meeting.
The board unanimously approved the following expenditures as part of the east gym lobby remodel project: Healy Electric $27,530 Advanced Builders $48,200 Color Your World $28,843.
The district budget is now on display in the district office and will be available for viewing for 30 days.
In the Superintendents Report, Supt. Jill Fulkerson stated that graduation and associated activities went very smoothly and the entire academic year was “very solid’.
Wabash General Hospital Athletic Trainer Sarah Turner presented the board with her summary of the 2022-23 year. She had over 2400 encounters with student-athletes, attended 548 practices, and 307 games. She further said that their services saved parents approximately $108,242 in medical costs. The board expressed their appreciation for the service.
