The 2023 Wabash Roots and Que festival takes place today in the city of Mount Carmel. Music will be taking place at the Harris Insurance Pavilion in Merchants Park, starting at 11 AM. The music headliner this year at the festival will be Leona Williams There will be food trucks and other vendors on-site at the event. Admission to the festival is free.
