The Wayne County Courthouse will be conducting maintenance on the air conditioner unit on Wednesday, July 5 and Thursday, July 6, which will cause the courthouse to close at noon both days.
The offices that will be affected by this closure is the County Clerk and Recorder, Supervisor of Assessment, County Treasurer and Collector, Circuit Clerk, and Probation.
Any court cases that were scheduled to be heard on Wednesday, July 5 or Thursday, July 6 has been rescheduled.
In addition to the afternoon closures, we will also be closed, all day, on Tuesday, July 4.
As a reminder, the mobile home tax bill due date is Monday, July 3.
