Edwards County Treasurer, Jennifer Thomason is reminding property owners in Edwards County Property Taxes are due Today. If the payment is mailed, the postmark must have today’s date in order to not receive a penalty. Taxes not postmarked by today will be returned if the penalty is not included. Courthouse officials say that anything mailed after the close of business for the post office today is not a guarantee that the envelope will be postmarked with today’s date.
