Lawrence County Authorities have arrested the man who is believed to be assisting in aiding a wanted person from South Carolina earlier this week.
According to records from the Lawrence County Jail, 29-year-old Evan Wilson Cave is in custody of the Lawrence County Jail. Cave faces charges of aiding the escape of a prisoner, fleeing or eluding peace officers, resisting arrest, and aggrivated resisting a peace officer.
According to court records, Lawrence County officials have filed a petition to deny pretrial release for Cave.
