The Secret Santa Committee, based out of the Fairfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Fairfield, has announced its deadlines and event kickoff for this Christmas season.
First, forms have been delivered to the Wayne County Health Department. These Secret Santa forms may be picked up by parents, filled out, and then returned to the Health Department no later than November 17th. We encourage interested parents to pick up and fill out these forms early. This gives the shoppers more time to pick out an appropriate gift.
The Secret Santa tree will again be located at Kincaid’s in Fairfield this year. Interested shoppers may pick a tag from the tree at Kincaid’s, shop for the youngster, and return the gifts to Kincaid’s by December 9th.
The kickoff for our Secret Santa tree will be on Saturday, November 5th. The committee will decorate the tree and place the tags that have been collected so far on the tree. They will also sponsor a bake sale that day from 9 a.m. till 1p.m. Please stop by and help support this wonderful cause by purchasing some deliciousbaked goods, AND then help even more by taking a tag and make someone’s Christmas bright.
