WFIW News has confirmed Robert D Wells II, current principal at Fairfield Community High School, is the new superintendent of Fairfield Community High School. Wells took the Principal’s position following the departure of Jill Fulkerson on June 30th. At the time, the FCHS board hired Andy Julian to fill the Superintendent’s position, only to resign it 3 weeks later. The FCHS is currently under the leadership of Interim Superintendent, Diane Zurliene.
Wells will be under a 3-year-contract that begins on July 1, 2024. We will have more from the FCHS Board meeting as it becomes available.
