(Undated) – Gas prices continue to trend up as we head into the weekend. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.66, up seven cents from Monday. Here in the Land of Lincoln, the statewide average has climbed to $3.99 a gallon, three cents higher than at the beginning of the week. In Indiana, the statewide average is $3.63 a gallon, seven cents lower than Monday. Mississippi has the lowest prices in the nation at $3.07 a gallon. Drivers in California are paying $5.41 a gallon.
