(Fairfield) – As the current school year winds down, it’s time to register for next year. Pre-K and Kindergarten registration is this week. Pre-K is for those who will be 3 years of age on the day of screening, but not eligible for Kindergarten. Screening and registration will be held today through Friday by appointment. Appointments must be made in advance by calling 618-847-4341. Kindergarten is for those who will be 5 years of age by September 1st. Kindergarten Registration will be held tomorrow and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Officials with North Side School say that if your child is already in preschool at North Side School, then you don’t need to attend the Kindergarten Registration.
