70-year-old former Fairfield resident, Gary L. Borah of McLeansboro died at 3:42 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Belleville. A veteran of the U.S. military, he had worked at Roadmaster in Olney.
Survivors include sons, Ryan and wife Sarah Borah of Newton, IL and Kevin and wife Tabitha Borah of Wayne City; sisters, Billie Bresca of Houston, TX, Shirley Pontious and Debra Kelsey of Fairfield; brothers, Mickey and wife Kay Borah of Fairfield and David Borah of Florida; along with several nieces and nephews.
Private family services for Gary L. Borah will be held at a later date.
The Johnson & Vaughn Funeral Home of Fairfield is in charge of all the arrangements.
